The Stableblock
We are located in the Kent countryside behind the villages of Newnham and Doddington, only six miles from the local Market Town of Faversham. The non-smoking self-catering Stableblock is a pleasant rural retreat within easy reach of a host of experiences around Kent. Please see our attractions page for a few suggestions. Our local butcher and fresh produce shop S.W Doughty is just 1 mile down the lane in Doddington.
The Stableblock is ideal for a quiet romantic break, as a base for walking, or for visiting family and friends. Or - why not use it as a comfortable base if you are working in the area? Accomodation and facilities
The accommodation comprises of one large double bedroom with king sized bed, dressing table with drawers and built-in wardrobe. There is a spacious bathroom, with heated towel rail, underfloor heating, a good-sized walk-in shower and separate bath.
A comfortable lounge, with 32" Flatscreen FreeSat TV with DVD facility, leads to a large fitted kitchen with double oven, grill and hob. A microwave, small freezer, fridge and washing machine are also provided.
The large pine kitchen table and chairs offer a comfortable eating facility.

Access
Access to the Stableblock is via our own private gravel driveway to the Farmhouse and Forge. There is plenty of space to park, and the keys can be collected either from us by arrangement at the farmhouse or from a keysafe. We will send you further details about access via email or text a few days before your arrival.
