Sandhurst Farm Forge is home to our family of artists. An Artist Blacksmith, a Potter, a Textile Artist and a Woodturner/Sculptor. It is also the ideal place for a short weekend break for 2 or a holiday for you and your partner, in our newly refurbished self-catering accomodation. The Stableblock is a self-contained ground floor unit set in a secluded and naturally socially distanced location on the Mid Kent Downs behind the villages of Newnham and Doddington midway between Sittingbourne and Faversham. The Mid Kent Downs is an AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), a peaceful rural area only 1 hour away from London.
In the 1960s, The Stableblock was a tractor shed on a fruit farm. It has undergone many changes since then. It was used as stabling during the 1970s and was subsequently converted into Bed and Breakfast accommodation with two en-suite bathrooms. We have now given the building a new lease of life. With a new roof and extensive internal re-configuration, it provides extremely comfortable self-catering accommodation. 
The Forge and Studio are open for sales as always, showing a variety of work from the whole family.
Our next adventure as "Sandhurst Farm Forge Collective" has three of us exhibiting at Benenden Art Fair October 3rd-5th . Charles Dickinson, Will Dickinson and Kate Dickinson. will be showing their work alongside an amazing collection of artists with a variety of disciplines.
